This December, we will be celebrating the sixth edition of the David Gill Memorial!

David was our friend and fellow Magic player, who sadly passed away suddenly five years ago. He would have turned thirty this year. The very next day, we will come together to remember David at the largest Legacy tournament in the Czech Republic – an event that has become a firm fixture in our December calendars. And when I say “ours”, I don’t mean just the Legacy players.

At the edition before last, David’s mother joined us for the first time, and she seemed truly touched by the event. Once again, it felt like the Memorial was something a little more than just another card game tournament.

If you knew David, come and join us! And if you didn’t, come along anyway – you’ll get to know more about this witty, sharp-minded and wonderfully unconventional troublemaker.

The tournament will once again serve as a qualifier for the ELM, the unofficial European Legacy Championship.

The event is also suitable for players who don’t regularly play Legacy.
